Gradient maker + OKLCH gradient

The gradient maker (/tools/gradient-maker) lets you stack up to 5 color stops and tweak each one's position. The OKLCH gradient mode (/tools/oklch-gradient) interpolates in OKLCH instead of RGB — this prevents the muddy gray middle you'd otherwise get between two saturated colors.
