You own everything you create on The Color Tools. We don't claim rights to your palettes, brand kits, or exports.

Fair-use limits prevent abuse: no scraping, no reselling our tools, no spamming the AI.

We can terminate accounts that violate the terms but we don't do it lightly — you get an email + 30 days to appeal.
