My saved palettes are gone

First, check:

• Are you signed into the same account? Multiple emails is the #1 cause.
• Are you looking under /my-palettes? Saved palettes live there, not in /trash.
• Recently deleted? /trash holds palettes for 7 days (Pro: 30 days).

If you're sure they're gone, email support@thecolortools.com — we can often restore from backups within 24 hours.
